Philippe Saint-André and his staff have decided to call Alexis Palisson into the French squad as Vincent Clerc was injured during the match against England. The RCT wing (20 selections) should participate to the last game of the XV de France facing Wales on Saturday at 3:45. Julien Pierre, Fulgence Ouedraogo, Dimitri Yachvili, Jean-Marcellin Buttin and Florian Fritz were called into the French squad in the positions of Julien Malzieu, Maxime Mermoz, Julien Dupuy and Lionel Nallet.
Alexis Palisson was reached by telephone and said that he was 'very happy to be back into the French squad. I knew my selection was possible but I did not want to overthink and be disappointed, knowking that Vincent Clerc is a wing that plays on the right side most of the time and I play more often on the left wing. After the match against Perpignan, I went to Toulouse visiting my brother-in-law on Saturday then I went to Brive on Sunday. I met my family this Monday in Limoges. Holidays were short as I will be in Marcoussis tonight'.
The Rugby Club Toulonnais congrats Alexis Palisson and hopes that he will have an excellent match on Satuday.
